Gladwell is upset that Nomfundo is giving him the cold shoulder and not returning his calls. He sees Zama walking and offers her a ride home. He gives her money for a calculator she needs for school. She is very fond of him. Lerato spends more and more time with her colleague Mo and he asks her out to dinner but she refuses. Nomfundo complains about Gladwell to her friends.
